Happy New Year to you both
Just been going through some of the opinion bs this the last year.
Started having some health flare ups again, and have been primarily high raw, and whole food based vegan, over the last 12 years.
Found myself needing to use cortisteroid for all over inflammation.
The raw world attacked me for not doing that right, the paleo/ keto friends I have attacked me for being vegan, my natural healing friends think I'm a trader.
. I'm just human, and have had auto immune issues for 20 years!
Doing what's best for me, after this very stressful year.
Everyone needs to stop judging, no one is ever right, or wrong. It's OK to be different, even if we don't always agree
(Vegan for life btw, know that's not the source of my issues)

Don t listen to all these emotional ass vegans because they become just as wrong as the meat eaters when they get angry. Live a healthy life, eat Whole Foods plant based, do well for yourself and don t hurt others. Simple. Take the damn meds if you feel like you ll benefit from them or if you really should be taking them. End of discussion. Sending love just because you re vegan doesn t mean your a better person. Vegans can be extremely ignorant too. Stop focusing on labels, we are all humans. We just need to do better.

You made some good points. Can't vegans just all get along. Veganism is about being kinder to animals. Let's be kind to each other and work together towards a common goal, and quit competing to see who can be more of a perfectionist.

It's not about who is doing what, it's simply about who likes who. If you don't like someone for whatever reason it's likely that you are going to gossip about them. It's not about the vegan community, it's about the person. I personally don't like him or her they both like to gossip about other people but he does it to make himself look good. I despise that in people.

agree with you 100% on the medications and vaccines. if you were to watch freelee s video, the only part that wasn t valid is the accusation of him being on steroids. otherwise his video she reacted to, very cringeworthy, very uneducated, and embarrassing for him to act as immature as he did

The fact of the matter is, we would have to live in caves if we wanted to be 100% vegan in all aspects of our lives. The definition says as far as practicably possible. You guys are awesome, shining examples of what it s like to be a good vegan people! Keep it up.

In the definition of veganism there is literally the caveat as far as practicable meaning if you need medication it doesn't make you less vegan. Any one giving you flak for it is inconsiderate and probably egotistical, and need to try feel like they are superior.

I was watching an AV video. The man literally said if you became vegan and your spouse doesnt, get a divorce. To me thats crazy! If your spouse supports your being vegan and understands your point of view. I think thats all you can ask for.
