This work out was SO MUCH fun! I had been doing CrossFit for many years when the pandemic hit. I absolutely love everything about it and was so upset and frustrated when the gyms were all closed. I tried to do some on my own and really didn-t want to try anything else. I was losing muscle and not enjoying my workouts. My friend eventually convinced me to try Caroline-s videos. Now I have done Epic I and II (up to today) and I have realized that I am happier with my body composition than before. The workouts are so well balanced that I can be very consistent in my exercise schedule. Plus, they are really fun and motivating. Really, truly, thank you Caroline for all your effort and skill in putting these amazing gifts together for all of us. It is greatly appreciated.

oh no. at about 10% I was almost sure I couldn't do this until the end, so hard! Then at about 80% doing these rotational presses my left inner thigh was suddenly so painful that I had to stop: ( I did a little stretching but it didn't get better, so I hope I can do the rest tomorrow along with the next workout. Fingers crossed! I hate not being able to finish a workout, that has never happened before. I feel very unsatisfied lol

I absolutely loved this! I am out of town and am using the gym provided in my hotel so I was able to up my weights to 20 pounds (because i only have up to 15 pounds at home) and wow that was amazing- this was extra sweaty and challenging because I am not use to 20 pounds but I made it all the way through with them! Idk what im going to do at home when I have to drop back down to 15

I took a week off when I got sick and started back up right where I left off (this video) I was nervous because I didn-t think I could power through but somehow, I increased weight on some of these exercises! Caroline you-re changing my body, my mind and fitness baseline- how could I ever thank you enough? - love from Texas

Hectic, man! I found this one incredibly challenging, and I think I may have enjoyed parts of it looking back now, but I was completely engrossed in each rep.
Thanks, Caroline! This one was a ripper but absolutely worth the time and effort - for us and you!
Stay safe and strong!
Much love from South Africa

Shoo. I had to take a few breaks on this one. Honestly, I can feel the changes in my body. This is the third program of hers I've done. The tips that she gives in any of her video, I've carried those through out. So here is to a active rest day tomorrow. This week has been killer.

Before doing it: oh it-s gonna be so hard my legs are already sore from day 32. Doing it: yeeees let-s keep going I-m so caught up. After doing it: waow there were actually other parts of my legs that didn-t hurt, now they are really entirely sore! Loved it!

My legs are still sore from the previous workout sessions. But, I feel surprisingly strong today. My body was able to keep up with the intensity of the exercises. -
