this is the my most favorite workout out of all. it does burn my thighs and butt after my first try and i have been combining this workout with inner/outer thighs workout after that. it works i dont want to loose my weight since my weight is okay, but my thighs were big despite having 48kg. after a month and 2 weeks. i noticed my thigh slim down and toned than before as well as my butt. definitely recommend this workout for those who wants to slim and toned down their thighs. though i cannot walk properly and it pains a lot for a week after doing this. the effect is noticeable thanks chloe

Guys. completely remove your cellulite naturally doesn't need to be hard (I used to think it did. I will give you some tips now. Look for a popular cellulite erase method called Femalix Secrets (do a search on google. Thanks to it I've completely erase my cellulite safely and eliminated my embarrassment for good by using natural ways. i am doing this for 4 days now with the abs shredding video. Also i am fasting the 16/8 (i am trying and i am quiet good). i wanted to say THANK YOU FOR THESE VIDEOS. Has anyone used the Femalix Secrets to completely erase your cellulite naturally? Just simply do a google search. On there you'll find an awesome guidelines about how exactly you can completely remove your cellulite naturally. Why don't you give it a shot? maybe it can work for you too.

I can start with 30 seconds right? Im new to the other workouts btw i really love your videos im only 13 and yet im addicted to workout. You know the feeling that you cant complete a day without doing workout. Even if i feel so lazy i keep on doing it

my legs used to be smol and so skinny and i dont like it coz it looks like chopsticks: ( and my butt r flat n smol but thanks to this workout i can see that my thighs and butts shape r kind of different from before, hmm maybe it already get toned/?
