I feel like my knees have become weaker and weaker, and recently there's one spot on right knee that hurts. Idk when and how it started, but I'm afraid it'll get worse so I decided to completely stop working out for a while, at least a week or so. I feel guilty and a bit worry how my body would look like. But that is riddiculous and nonsense. I realize when that kinda thought appears, then this becomes unhealthy and that means I do need to take a break. Thank you Chloe for sharing this all

I'm so glad I'm not the only one feeling the struggle since I started following your workout 2 weeks ago. Can't believe Chloe did her own workout with an injured leg She really motivates people by honestly showing the reality side of things and not just the expectations. I really love her honest character. Sending over well wishes for your leg to heal faster and 'lets smash this'

Hey gurl I just wanted to tell you that i find it really hard to keep my back down on the floor while doing some of the exercises and i know that it's important to keep it down so my back doesn't get injured so if you have any tips for that it would really help haha

I've gained weight too, but for the first time I'm just. calm about it. I started eating lunch after a good 10 years restricting myself too much and I feel so much better about myself now. You've played a huge part in that process, I wanted to thank you.

Still looking gorgeous girl, let your body recover. I wasnt allowed to work out for 10 weeks after surgery a few years back, I went mental with frustration and felt really lethargic but I am glad I gave my body time to heal. Just enjoy the journey of recovery. X

I started this workout last month and gave up on the second day because the pain was unbearable. Last week I started it again and yesterday was supposed to be my 6th day but my period decided to hit me with its worse cramps ever. So I guess I failed again xD

i love how real you are about taking breaks and focusing more on being kind to yourself than being a certain way. i've seen a lot of people who obsess about doing the 'right' thing and their concept of being healthy is just awful for their mental well being.
