I often get asked about calories, how much someone should have, how many calories certain foods are. First of all, everyones caloric intake is different and calories for food are usually an estimate as it also depends on their ingredients. I love the point you said about micro-nutrients. I don't care about calories, I look at how much sugar is in something, am I getting the fats and fiber and protein to feel satiated? Because that's all that matters. Eating to feel good. Obviously we have times to ball out and eat whatever but that keeps me on track the other 80% of the time

Chloe Im not going to lie, I love your videos and am a massive fan. But I feel that this could be really triggering for someone who is struggling or has struggled with an eating disorder. Its a constant calculator in your head and to see it glorified and publicised here is not the best.

Yeah junk food can sometimes be less in calories than healthy food. The thing is tho, that healthy food keeps you fuller for longer while empty calories makes you hungry faster, resulting in you eating more meals/ snacks, which leads you into eating more overall

For the first one, I'm pretty sure the bacon and the eggs are fried in oil, so probably another 100 cal. And for the apples, it totally depends on their size, some have 50, some 100 cal. And a big Snickers would have about 250 cal, only small ones are 80

Yes, girl. You are the best. I love this series. Please do more but change food to all good food as this video makes me feel like I should eat more snacks and junk food. They are processed food with less calories than a real food.
