Montreal Chicken Seasoning - 1 1/2 Fist of Cooked Brown Rice - 3 Fists of Brussels Sprouts - Soy Sauce - Minced Garlic Dinner - 3 Palms of Salmon or about 18oz a. I've a question. if you want to cut, you need to be in calorie deficit, but if you eat for like 2500+ calorie per day, and you metabolism burn 2000 and you train for another burn of 1000 calories, it will takes mounths to burn a pound no?
its around 3500 calories to burn a pound. if you just have 100 or 200 calorie deficit per day it will take a year to see results. What do you think? Thanks a lot to take the time to answer my question!

Asparagus is a Carb ACTUALLY. All Veggies are Carbs, so pointless having potatoes & rice. No Wonder every Hollywood actor eats just Broccoli & tons of it. Broccoli is a good source of Carbs & lowers estrogen levels, hence increasing testosterone.

Arnt you throwing alot of the good vitamins and nutrients away when you peel the spuds? I always leave the skin on, I also wash them after cutting the potatoes up, when the water comes off milky your washing some starch out.

Thank you for this video. I suffer from a lot of food allergies and have always struggled with finding healthy choices that will give me the energy I need for workouts. This looks perfect, especially the breakfast.

EZ no fail rice is 2 parts water to 1 part rice works every time. I have been cooking rice like that for years.
Oven roasted Brussel sprouts are excellent.
This menu is good I could eat this anytime.

that is a very good video. there is a very healthy foods, and there is a meal prep for several days. defently a video to learn from. very simple and very effective at the same time, keep the --- GREAT WORK ---

Would this plan work on 250lbs male? Also is this just a meal for 3 days and would I have to make a second lot of meals or can I eat normal meals as such on the other days.

Holly crap, I can't with this. Why not cook a meal, then eat the meal? There is zero pleasure in eating all your meals for the week from the microwave, or even worse. cold.
