you don't count the fiber in the carbs, that's why you can eat much more veggies. the avocado has 14g of carbs but most of it is fiber, there's only about 2g of digestible sugar carbs.

Or just eat without worrying about cals, macros because I count nothing just stick to the rules and Im 17 pounds down in 6 weeks
