Another important note to note is please do not consume any form of sugars or sweets preworkout. When you eat a banana or apple on your way to the gym or that preworkout smoothie, youre activating your insulin to help absorb the sugar, insulin then communicates to the body that any excess sugar needs to be converted into fat, so you cannot burn fat when your body is now in fat storing mode. Try to workout in a fasted state or at least 4-5 hours after a meal. Unless youre on Keto or a strict lean diet. If youre the best time to consume protein is within a 15 minute window after a workout while your muscles are still pumped with blood. The protein then will nourish the muscles to help rebuild the fibers for dem gainz.

Stop overcomplicating things!
If your primary goal is to burn fat do cardio. If your primary goal is to build muscle do weights.
Ignore the bs this guy is spewing about losing bodyfat. Doing weights with cardio won't magically burn more fat. You burn fat by being in a calorie deficit which is primary dictated by your diet and energy expenditure aka cardio. Weights are mostly there to shape you and yes with more muscle you can consume more calories but that's not what we are talking about.
This is pretty much V-Shred 2. 0

My goal was to loose fat but not weight and to acquire muscular strength but not to feel tired whole day as well.
My personal experience is here that.
1. If u don't have atleast moderately strong muscles then cardio is a waste.
2. Also if you dont have atleast an average cardiovascular endurance weights are a waste for you,

I think it's an extensive discussion whether Cardio before Weight Lifting is more beneficial or vice versa. I've been doing Cardio before Weights for about two months, and the results are great, but I've never tried the other way around. Do you think I should change?

I do about 1 and half to 2 hours at the gym of heavy lifting then end every gym session with 5 miles on the bike, the cardio never takes me more than 20 minutes, then I leave, i went from 285 to 271 in 3 weeks of doing that 4 to 5 times a week, and still at it

Personally, I don't like gyms. They are so crowded and I can't do my workout there. I decided to take bodyweight training plan from Agoge Diet. Training plan is great and I can do it from home. They also give you diet plan which supports your fitness goals.

Been lifting weights forever now, and tbh, I'm starting to lose weight because I've incorporated cardio, cardio seems to be the only way I can lose weight now, other than diet (I fast but may eat too much in portion so my weight sadly stays same)

I personally do weight lifting first and then go for a 20-30 minute jog with an added 60 pounds in my backpack to make it a little harder. (Yes I use a backpack instead of a weighted vest because I'm kinda poor.

Stop listening all these and just get your ass up from couch and hit the gym. Do the workout that you enjoy and stay away from greasy foods. Just stick with it for 4/5 months. You will see the results eventually.
