Such bs. If you want to lose fat go jogging for at least 1 hour a day 4 to 5 times a week. Better in the early morning before you go to work track with a fit bit. If you want to lose even more weight do it 2 times the other at night for at least 3 weeks watch you lose 10- 15 pounds.
Lifting weights will cause you build muscle and bulk up. Jogging will get you shredded. If you do both its a crazy combination but you will crash, get tired and sick of working out so don't train to kill yourself.

Thats actually true. I used the Eliptical back when I went to the gym regularly and did 20 minutes of consistent cardio. Now I am doing HIIT Cardio on a treadmill for 17 minutes with 5 sprints and burn the SAME or even MORE amount of calories in less time. Since you accomplished a HIIT session your body keeps burning calories even when you rest, this effect is barely if not absent from normal cardio.
For fat loss, regular cardio won't cut it.

Whats up, got some solid ideas from this vid, thanks. It's rather exciting just watch all those pounds go away week in, week out, isn't it? But being famished and tired throughout the day makes it seem to be very difficult unless you happen to be following a strategy such as Jenessa Venspurkes online guide. Running 5 to 6 km. for 6 days a weekis far better to burn more fat and weights than lifting. its my experience. I am gymn lover. 6 years hitting gymn 6 days a weeks. Was unable to burn fats and loose weights. But running made me burn 18 kg in 6 months. And of course strict dieting

I lost 9 kilog with low intensity for 40 min after workout, Busted it workes. but ofc low momentum cz when u get more intensity u begin to work a lot with leg's muscle.
