Okay, so I have been working out for 4 months as far as lifting and never lifted before. I workout to the point of muscle fatigue, but I never feel the burn. I know what the burn should feel like, because I have felt it riding a bike. I started low on weights, but I have been pushing and adding and now I have put my weights at the highest I can put them. Day one, fatigue, fell asleep afterward, day two, added pull ups for the first time doing 4 sets of 8. Day three, I did my entire daily workout twice and still no burn, no fatigue and no soreness today. I am worried that I cannot feel that burn, mostly because I ride my bike and walk around 14 - 20 miles a day.

Thanks for the info. I just started to train again after the lockdown, and now also really starting with weight for the first time.
Is it normal to suddenly feel super cold while working out? This happened at the last 20 to 30 min of the training, before I was normally warm.
Is this normal? Does anyone else also have this sometimes?
I did sleep really bad and was quite tired throughout the whole gym session.
Anyways, have a wonderful day: )
Edit: the gym was closed for a while in the Netherlands.

I do moderate physical labor full time, I work out almost everyday when I get home but I've noticed I can't gain any progress. I've been stuck on the same reps and weight for months. I checked my macros and and I eat plenty but I can't seem to put on muscle. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, does is really take this long to see progress?

Yeah i remember trying out the 100 pullups app with my brother a few years ago and after 4 weeks I couldn't even hit the goals anymore and couldn't finish the regular workouts after so i took almost a week off, and to my surprise everything felt easier when i got back
This might not have been overtraining but damn is recovery important

Have trouble sleeping for me and it feels like my body has this zapped feeling I remember going to workout and my first set of military press dumbells I did 13 reps instead of the normal. 15 and it. kind of hurt to do it didn't feel the explosiveness. Went up 5 lbs and did the same 13 reps and it. felt easier. Like my body woke up

Hmm now I see why that I was so tried today because I had less than 6 hours of sleep thanks to my sister's noisy kids. And also my fruits were missing because some genius missed placed my fruits twice. Plus I haven't been really consuming my vegetables like I should.

I have worked out for 7 weeks now, 6 times a week and now I begin to notice my appetite isnt what it used to be when I begun to work out, also I dont have as much motivation as before, should I go down to 3 times a week or should I completely rest off for a while?
