Low calorie doesnt automatically translate to healthy. Some of the items listed were actually quite unhealthy. You may not want to overindulge on pickles, for example, since they are insanely acidic. And as a general rule, any gum, soft drink or dessert that is calorie free, is also laden with chemicals. Several condiments mentioned are a sodium content nightmare.
Fresh fruits and veggies and exercise are a far better option. Im also surprised mushrooms were omitted, a full serving of which can have 5 calories, which is just a few more calories, than air! Do your own research. Its your health.

Was no protein in the meal at all. most of this was good and I already eat those things. but I think this could use some meats and more cheeses. We replace noodles in a lot of meals with cabbage or hearts of palm noodles. The texture of the mushroom noodles choke me lol

Thanks for info, appreciate the help! I have a question on targeting ABS while on a 900 calorie diet. I don't see a lots of greens and im hopeful that even without them i can cut the belly fat with what you're giving as a low calorie ideas while im working out.

Radish is hard to get from the supermarket because it is used in Japanese restaurant meals. No Australian will eat it. I've been interested to try radish in my meals. I can't eat pickles. I have a food allergy to them.

at 4: 21 100 grams of pasta has 131 calories. I dont know of any type of pasta with that calorie count. But over all this was a very good and informative video thumps up

If you're a diabetic, skip the fruit, or at least skip the watermelon since it registers close to raw sugar on the glycemic index.
