I've never questioned anything Jeff says but having watched two of his leg exercises it makes me wonder about how reliable his other stuff is now. Painful doesn't always equate to a good leg workout and if Jeff stops dicking about with laying leg curls and leg extensions (cringe) he too can start doing squats like Josh. My deadlifts this coming wednesday will grow my legs and body more in one session a week than Jeff's workout will do three times a week. Squats and deadlifts also increase testosterone.

Just an observation here but I see this often in the gym as people do legs. Looking down while squatting. I always instruct ones to focus on or just above the horizon line, but definitely NOT at the ceiling. Next, I often see ones on the extensions and or curls with slightly rounded shoulders, dipping chins and kinked wrists therefore weakening and compromising the mind to muscle connection.

Leg day with josh >. < hope you were able to walk from the DOMS afterwards. Always a great collab with you 2 You probably already know, seeing as most people would watch youtube videos on their phones; I think it would be better to use endscreen elements rather than annotations as annotations don't show for phone users. Loving the content keep doing your thing, jeff

Hey Jeff New sub here. Just want to say I really enjoyed the last few videos I've seen. It's almost refreshing to see someone paying more attention to the training and explaining reasoning behind things rather then what's becoming the norm repetitive over edited lifting footage and car/fancy thing showing off. Looking forward to seeing what you have coming up

Hi Jeff, I got a problem with my foot. It's caving in when I squat (if that's the right translation for it) which causes my knees and hips to get out of the right moving patern/angles. Any tips on how to fix this? :)

Hey Jeff, this might seem like a silly question considering your Scientific approch to training. But what is your view on MRV(Maximum recoverable volume, do you incorporate it in your training?
