This video was a tragic JOKE All of these Phd. s who got their degrees in exercise science, desperately need jobs, and are damned lucky to get university positions. To keep their positions, they live in the world of Publish or perish. They have to churn out one Research study after another. Most of the studies only verify what bodybuilders and weight lifters knew 50 years ago Dr. Campbells lab is outfitted with stone age equipment ands he's just discovering resistance bands? And he's planning a study of squats and deadlifts? Give me a break When this fraud develops a way to significantly accelerate the process of muscular hypertrophy, and methods to carry athletes significantly beyond their perceived genetic limits then I will humbly apologize for sounding like such a meany Jeff, I'll tell you who has created the most phenominal advancements in weight training technology; -- Dr. Steven Reventlow - (Lake Forest, Illinois) And I'll bet you won't even follow up on this extended comment.

Jeff is an awesome dude and as a client of his I can testify that he knows very well what hes doing and is good at communicating with his clients and the best coaching experience I've ever had with any coach (although I've only gone through 3. But if you are ever thinking of working with Jeff, give it a go if he isn't booked hope you don't mind my comment here Jeff. Good content thanks for everything: )

Hey Jeff, do you know if any studies have been done assessing muscular strength/hypertrophy where one group does all reps paused of every workout during the study and another group does all reps touch-and-go? Just wondering cause that would quite interesting to find out. thanks for your awesome content

The best publix sub is the chicken tender sub especially when it's on sale I ask them to put ranch and buffalo sauce on the chicken with provolone cheese. I also ask them to put lettuce, spinach, banana peppers, onion, and green peppers on a multigrain bread it tastes amazinggg

Watching Jeff has always been informative. now watching Jeff and Stephanie together adds that bit of light heartedness which is so refreshing and such a joy to watch. Honestly think they'd be such great people to meet in real life;

Was that a multi frequency BIA or a single frequency? We have a multi frequency BIA in the lab I work in and it's great. I don't like it more than the DXA, but it doesn't expose you to radiation so that's always a plus

Jeff, just wondering what happens to calories if you reach the end of a mini cut and realise you didn't hit your goal weight, do I keep the same aggressive calories (been on a mini cut for 6 weeks, thanks in advance
