Hey Jeff I stumbled across your videos a few weeks back and have been basically binge watching them looking for better ways to work out (I'm about 6 months into gymming and am always looking for ways to improve) But more importantly, I'm currently a first year student in Uni studying Sport & Exercise Science and I have to say that your videos are extremely informative and actually help me to put the knowledge I gain in lectures into real life scenarios. Keep up the amazing work: )

Jeff For ur upper traps: Cheat Shrugs with slow negatives, with like 20-40% more weight than usually which u cheat up with some leg drive. Try to shrug and drive at the same time. You can also do them without cheating, on the Smith Machine, just let ur gf help you lift up to extra % weight on each rep (only up, of course. Try it for like a month or so, not much longer. Eccentric overload

I really appreciate watching your videos and how much you utalize proper terminology not to mention a visual example. always learn a lot so God bless you guys with success in all your endeavors. and for it to come easy Also, would you be able to make a music play list and post it on Instagram or list it on one of your videos? Music taste is good for work outs

Hey man, quick question. This doesn't relate to this particular video and I'm not sure if you've ever addressed this in a previous video but I was curious as to what is the most optimal spilt for gaining size (e. g. back/bis, push/pull/legs, from a scientific standpoint and perhaps you can also include the most optimal rep ranges for adding size?

Hey Jeff, at 1: 35 you were talking about staying upright with lat pull downs. I remember coming across a study that showed greater lat activation with 20-30 degrees of extension and was wondering if you had come across that/had any thoughts on that.
