4: 52 seriously dude, bring up that neck, give it some love and train it hard, give it priority - it's the only thing you're lagging, bro. Fast, heavy neck extensions and flexion should do it, 2-3 times a week. Balls to what people say in the gym when you do something that's strange - NO excuse, Jeff. Add in some heavy rack pulls and farmer's walk for that neck/trap integration. You'll look so much better when you're wearing a sweater; a jacked neck n traps doesn't hide away when you're fully clothed.

Can you do another back workout explained? Especially midback focused, like how to put maximum emphasis on the different back muscles, how to 'think' about scapular pro- and re-traction, etc. What is important, considering shoulder health? As they say, 'do as much pulling as you do pushing' to avoid forward rounded shoulders, but how does this really work? Would be great with. another one

Guys, I need help. I'm turning 17, and I was wondering if it's good to restrict non-healthy foods, for example, maybe eating cheat meals once a week or so and being really strict the other days. I'm in a good shape and weight, my goal is to get leaner but not thinner, some people say that since I'm a teen I shouldn't. I dont know what to do x

could you make a video giving some advice on how specific one should be collecting data about one's training volume? I have difficulties on deciding how I should combine volume from the compound lifts and volume from isolation movements, since many of the muscles trained in isolation are also involved in the compound movements.

Hi Jeff, love the scientific but still social videos. Can you make a science based video on traps? Ofcourse including shrugs but also with some other excersises or variations. I know you spoke about traps in other video's like your back training but I would love to see a video about them in particular. Love from Holland

Jeff could you please do a video explaining the pros/cons of a platform lifting shoe vs a flat lifting shoe? Would love to hear about the science behind them and make a better decision about which would be more beneficial to me

Hey Jeff, before you were signed to any supplement company or however that works, what pre workout was your favorite? and honestly (I know this might still be biased: / ) how does it compare to your pre workout you take now

have you ever listened to Myke Bogan? I think you'd dig him. His style of music goes well with other artists you play. He has awesome music, The Anthem, Aye Aye, Beloved. Just to name a few.
