Hey Jeff, i personally like when vlogs dont have much editing. The flashy transitions are great for the epic workout footage and for your informative vids but for vlogs it seems out of place. It disrupts the flow of the vlog. Rashawn does excellent work, but IMO vlogs should be raw footage with an intro and outro.

Not sure how he's trademarked an exercise which people have been doing for years. I do agree though, that exercise is killer for the traps and back. We do 3 variations of it, one leaning away from the weight so hits the rear delt more, neutral and then close to the weight.

try doing the meadows with a dumbbell bench, where the arm that used to stay on your leg is on the bench. you adjust the height of the bench so the angle of your upper body is perfect for you. it supports ur lower back even better and u are more stable all together

Tried a variation of the meadows row on my off day with a smith machine. I liked the movement and it hit my back in a different way than a cable row or bent over row so Im interested in trying it later this week with an actual bar Great vlog as always bro

I can't externally rotate at all, not even a little bit ( I only got 3 fingers on my left hand and 3 fingers on my right hand) It might be a birth defect as well. At the moment I do hammer curls. Is their maybe any other things I can do to work out my biceps

Jeff, a quick question: some programs tell you exactly how many reps to do (e. g, 3x5, but in some cases you get a rep range such as 3x6-8 or 3x8-12. How should one interpret the rep range? Should I just arbitrarily pick any number in the range and use that?
