I'm curious as to what you would do if somebody purchased your program, followed your advice and then got horribly injured. Do you have Professional Indemnity Insurance? I'm not sure if you've ever actually worked with any fitness clients, but it's not uncommon to get the blame for all sorts of things, whether it's your fault or not. Can you imagine having to argue that in court with no insurance to pay for it, you'd probably be bankrupt for the rest of your life.

Hello Jeff. Hi Guys. I have an important question about the Push-Pull-Leg-Rest-Push-Pull-Leg routine, all in all its 7 days with 1 day rest, which is basically Week 1 right? I'm done with the first week, and I'm going into the 2nd week. My question is, should there be a Rest Day right after Week 1? And Proceed to Week 2? Or should I hit off Week 2 right after Week 1's Final Leg day? I'm kinda confused, a little help would be greatly appreciated.

Just lift heavy for 3x4 sets and you're good. These videos are great. The information is informative but it doesnt have to be this technical. Perfect form isnt even truly necessary either just so you stay consistent with the form you're performing. This science bs is just used as a marketing strategy to sell a product. Buying workout programs online when you can get them for free in 2018 the dumbest thing I've ever seen. Be wise guys. Literally.

I have a back injury that does not allow me to do squat or deadlift because I cant put the load on my lower back. Is it smart to use leg press as my heavy compound movement? Its been showing me good results, I just dont want to be missing anything really important my goal is overall strength, eventually when Ive worked out this injury id like to have a really strong squat and deadlift.

THANK YOU, Jeff for this awesome series. I'm been using your program for about a month now and I've seen tremendous results already - I've been deadlifting and squating heavier than ever before and now I can't fit into my pants. - My friends have noticed that I've gotten bigger and all because of these execisses Thank you so much. Awesome videos, mate - Keeo up the good work.

Jeff, hoping for a reply (probably wont happen): PPush, pull, legs seems great to me but wheres the abs? Im sure it was one of your videos i remember you talking and showing the science behind big compounds do not coral-ate to effective ab workout, or do you believe once you hit 'intermediate' lifter there isnt much reason to develop abs past that? Just curious

Fantastically informative video as always Jeff I'll give this workout a try on my next legday. Just wondering what your alternatives for the hip adductor machine are though? My gym doesn't have that so I try to replicate the movement by placing a plate on my outer kneecap laid on the opposite hip along a incline bench. Any better ideas? P. S. COME TO THE UK

Hey Jeff, I think it would be beneficial to go over some basic muscle physiology. I think it will help your viewers understand some of the literature you're explaining. Like going over the myosin/actin interaction (differences between concentric, eccentric, and isometric w/MA interaction, motor neuron and muscle interaction, and length tension relationship

Impacts a funny thing, like i always knew it existed, and as a teenager i'm fairly sure it was what made running unpleasant enough to put it off. didn't hear about it until i went to a bike shop and got my bike fixed chatting to the staff, was almost like an epiphany moment because the word fit so perfectly for how cycling and running differed.
