What a vain sport. I look around at people in the gym that quote on quote train because they love bodybuilding instead of bodybuild because they love training. thats the wrong way of going about it. Take away all their false egos that the muscle on their frames give them and they would be a shell of their former selves. When you've been in the game for over two decades you can spot these pretentious Pricks right away. The guys and girls that lay their outfits out before they go to the gym like their going to the mall. The original OG's just laugh at them.

Oh hell no, i cant stand seeing women with that muscle ass, it looks horrendous and its hard to tell men from women. This whole 'i want to have a bubble butt' Kim Kardashian thing is getting out of hand. .. .. . Zuzka has a gorgeous bum and looks superb. There are two girls at my gym who are superbly muscled but turn them around and its like looking at a guy. .. .blehhh. .. .. The sweet spot is dont look like that godawful fat ass minaj or kim and try not to look like a guy. .. ..

After watching this I'm thinking, maybe the reason women tend to have well-developed glutes is because we have to carry babies, otherwise we would 'tip over'. I'm no bodybuilder (yet) but anything working the glutes is among my favourite exercises. It just, feels good. Very rewarding in how it feels when the glutes are stressed compared to other muscles.

I don't deadlift, but I have a big ass, so I can say for a fact that squats are the answer. I squat a little wider than shoulder width, feet out at a 45 degree angle, keep my knees over my feet, etc. Basically, I've found that what's natural for sitting in a squat position works best both for building muscle and for preventing injury.

100% I agree, I used to have strong glutes untill I started to work as a software engineer and because of lot of sitting, gradually I lost glute power and I lost my posture and got lower back pain along with knee valgus. I am trying to get the glute power back but believe me its very difficult to get it back once you lost it.

Damn kelowna has some nice gyms. The nautilus machine for hips is usually part of my warm up before squats. I really feel the burn during squats. Larry wheels believes a big ass makes for heavier squat. So I stopped worrying when my ass started feeling larger.

Jeff, I liked the video and information. When you're walking around, however I get more distracted I think. I prefer your videos in the studio/ at the desk. You seem more focused, or at least I am more focused in those videos. Just not my favorite video, that's all.
