Already in the second week of my PPL program of Block 1. The exercise video index could be much better and not all alternatives have video exercises. The book has a very well organised step by step program, it makes you feel you go somewhere with each visit to the gym. Looking forward to your next step hypertrophy publication. I recommend you work on producing a form video of all exercises exclusively from you and only found in the ebooks. As always this vid was great and to the point and you and your team are doing a really good job. Now, apart from all these, should we be looking forward to any Rise brand Black Friday offers on the horizon?

Great workout. You asked for comments on the bench. It looked a little bouncy--a little 'more' than just touch and go. If I may, for front double biceps, you might want to open your chest more and have your upper arms closer to vertical. It looks rather scrunched up, and at your height, I think it would look better more opened up. However, I have no idea if your biceps and chest would look better that way. It's just an overall shape type of thing.

After watching your Instagram story where you said you felt weak when you watched Russel Ohriis workout. Is that a person you could collab with in a powerlifting video? And it is so cool that if you are moving back to Canada you still have great fitness content creators in Vancouver, wich means that your content still will be as awesome as allways #roadto1Million

I think cheese is so hard to replicate but there are a few Ive tried that are really impressive. 95% are shit tho dont get me wrong. But I appreciate you guys keeping an open mind about vegan food. I think everyone should try vegan foods regardless of their beliefs. Just like any kind of food, some is good some is bad. You just have to find just what you like

Where are you abs man? I'm like at 20% bodyfat and even I have abs, then of course I do intense leg raise ab workouts. Can't wait to get to your bodyfat %, the abs will be ripping out. Tip: Do inclinde leg raise, it will destroy your abs with just 12reps and you'll be ab ripped in 6months. Ohh and welcome to Vancouver Vancouver is the best city in north america.

You are totally right about weights feeling inconsistent at different gyms (you said on the road. Why do you think that is? I was thinking its because the bars or weight disposition is slightly different than the lifter is used to. For me, every gym i go to that isn't my primary gym feels like they have heavier weights

what would be a good hypertrophy program for someone doing BJJ 4 hours a week. I usually deload every 4th week. Also I find that deadlifts and push presses are pretty taxing would RDL and strict presses be a better alternative if hypertrophy is the goal and switch back to deadlifts and push press in a strength block.

ontario better. i will say closer grip is safer for your shoulders if you have history with shoulder issues. i think OHPress is partially based on genetics and working on it weekly. my OHP is on par with 400lb benchers and my bench isnt near that. shoulder dominant people will have a great ohp relative to their bench
