At 5: 37 you are shirtlessly picking up those dumbbells to do skullcrushers with, but once on the bench with those dumbbells your shirt is back on. Isn't this a whole lot of energy wasted removing shirts and putting them back on? Maybe it's worth dedicating a video to it showing what muscles are involved and what is the best balanced way to remove a shirt from your body, to prevent imbalances. As it's overhead action, I guess it's shoulder flexion and elbow extension, so also involves the triceps. Putting on and removing shirts can thus be done as a light warm-up prior to a shoulder-training session. Or maybe this was a continuity error in filming. There are a few classic ones in existence already. For example, in Braveheart Mel Gibson can be seen rushing the English at I think Falkirk with various weaponry in quick succession. This is of course to cause the English lots of confusion, which triggers growth in the Scots' ranks.

Hey Jeff love the video's I've come across some interesting information lately regarding calcium supplementation. I know in one video you recommended taking a calcium supplement, however from scientific literature bone strength and osteoporosis rates have not been affected with calcium supplementation. Interesting heart risks also have been shown in recent large double blind studies. Also I just wanted to say that the way they decided on the daily value of calcium was questionable at best a study consisting of only eldery women with osteoporosis in France around 1970. Love to hear your thoughts on this.

5: 03 I couldn't disagree more. It is no mistake. If you don't drop the bar over your head it is not skull crusher anymore but lying triceps extension. Both exercises are similar, but different. Both excellent. With a skull crusher you avoid this ripping tension on your triceps you can get from to many lying extensions. Elbow pain? Well, because most of the people grab too narrow and flare the elbows. Even Jeff at the video. And there is no such thing as dumbbell skull crushers. That's another technique. And it has its own name. Who knows what name? Write in the comments

for someone slim, at 17, having a hecka high metabolism, and being very slim with not a lot of energy to workout, also having no control over what i eat because my family has little money and i cant do any buying. Is there anyway for me to do quick home workouts under an hour or two and make substantial gains? i'm 5'9 and i stopped gaining weight as easily at 140, and most of my exercises don't seem to do anything for me any more. its extremely frustrating, especially after losing 10 lb from wrestling conditioning at highschool.

My push workout looks something like this: [5] Bench[5] OH press [3] Dips [3] Lateral raises / reverse flyes [3] French curls [3] Tricep push-downs (rack run-down on last set)I would like to do chest and shoulders on separate days, but this works well enough. I cant put more volume in there, but tbh I dont think I need it. It works fine as long as I perform high quality sets and go to failure. Even though it is sub optimal for shoulders, its truly great for the tri's.

I like the way Jeff Lippard sits sideways when he speaks to the camera. In on 1999 study it gave evidence that when evidence is presented this way it always signifies that the teller is lying. a 2000 study backs up this initial hypothesis. while a 2009 study indicates that the person presenting fact in this manner just does not know what he is talking about half of the time. Hence the half-turned body.

Your kickbacks are just standing extensions in a weird bent over position. Look at where the force vector is pointing And see why it has absolutely nothing to do with kickbacks. Same for other videos, for example, lean over lateral raises and you took a cable, and it has nothing to do with the exercise you want, because now it is just a cable lateral rows in a clownish pose.
