Great Input jeff and so hard to decide. I tried different things, Frontload with Sodium on 5g Salt and 5l Water. Minimal Backload with 30-50% more Carbs, Sodium 7g and 5, 5l Water. And Sodium 8-10g, Water 8l and 2 Backload Days with 100% more Carbs which worked best for me and gave me the hardest look. So everybody is different, i am always high and Sodium, thats why i feel 7g+ is okay for me and the 8l Water help me to get the tight look for show day. What i have never done is change the water constantly or change the salt day by day. I am really interessted in the rapid backload because Skip Hill is also doing a little bit the same thing. What do you think about my loading with 7g Salt und 8l Water for the same weak. I am missing the point in your discussion, where you talking about the salt intake on the show day. Okay you bump it up before the pump up, but what about a Banana for Breakfast and a little bit salted rice, to keep some carbs in over the day?

Unreal amount of free information here, very grateful as a recipient Your hosting skills are also constantly improving Jeff, and I would also like to add that this is some of the best summarised & freshest free content in this field right now. I can't put into words how useful this stuff is Keep it up.

The first ever episode I have watched of Jeff's. Freaking amazing topic, best possible guests. Amazing content, crucial insights for a coach or athlete to listen to. Best 2 hours of cardio I ever did was spent listening to this segment. I can't wait to see more of them Solid stuff

Perfect tips and strategies. I'm peaking right now for my 3rd show this season. I do a soart of rapid backload. I start 24hours before stagetime. The sodium/potassium ratio and watter intake was always low: /. I looked full but not very sharp. Gues I have to step it up.

Awesome amount of information here. These guys know more about comp prep than just about anyone and the fact they are willing to share so much information is testament to type of people they are. Thanks for doing this - huge appreciation.

It REALLY is NOT this complicated. It only 'depends' with regards different CLIENTS. Figure out your own strategies. Sodium does not need to be arsed about with. Trust me
