Sure I'll throw on my tap shoes now and again, but I have been needing a workout that feels like I'm back in the studio. I love the energy you bring to your workout videos. I've been following your videos for a week now. I pair a song workout with abs and a specific portion of my body to work along with a stretching video. Already seeing results.

To all the apartment dwellers and teen who are embarrassed for family to see you workout for some reason, you can do this without jumping! I did and it felt just as good. For high knees I just held for a second at the top and for twist I gave it my all without the jump keeping core tight. Have fun, and stay amazing

Somebody help me.
I have been running everyday and eating healthy and I dont think Im stress.
Im not overweight and definitely not skinny,
but Im still not losing fat, my tummy is so big,
I dont know why.
Why is nothing working for me, I tried running and Ive tried ab workouts nothing works

I appreciate that you did this video. I am a mother of disabled child and with all the lifting I have to do my back is always hurting. Would you be able to do a longer version of this abz video, up to 30 minutes. Also could you do a standing legs and how to tone your arms. Thank you so much for doing this.

Really enjoying your workouts especially during lockdown done all of the insanity workouts gone back to them but not really enjoying them this time forgot how bad it was on my knees lots of jumping so these workouts Have been brilliant really enjoying them.

Thank you for this workout! Please could you design a cardio beginner workout for bad knees (so no kneeling or jumping. It would be incredibly helpful for millions of people and relevant for anybody who wants to try doing more cardio HIIT's. Thank you Maddie.

Perfect! Just what I need the day after the more strenuous ones. Thank you so much, I began working out with you at the start of lockdown and do 6 days out of 7. Definition is starting to be visible. not bad for a 59 year old! Thanks so much

Hi Maddie, is it possible to give an estimated number of calories burned for your workouts? I know it's subjected to every individual but it'll be great if to have that estimate for those of us tracking our calorie intake and output. Thanks!
