A 10 min intense lower abs AT HOME NO EQUIPMENT workout to target your lower belly & is BEGINNER FRIENDLY. christi: I loved this one, and I have been doing your workouts, and all the abs workouts past 2 months. So, beginner, or anyone who's just wanting to get into lower abs this is great!
Just shouting out, a HUGE thank you for doing MadFit! It's changing me, i'm in my 60's, had 2 kids plus, abdominal surgery but - hey! I'm getting such change in my body, especially my abs! I'm super excited, you are the best, thank you so much!

I never realized how out of shape I am until I tried to lift up the lower half of my body with just my abs. I genuinely looked like a fish flopping around out of water. I was actively laughing at my own attempts to look anything like the instructor. Guess I should do more than just jogging for exercise, as clearly running does absolutely nothing for your other muscles. Hahaha. It was truly a pitiful sight guys.

I legitimately CANNOT when it comes to working out but quarantine has pushed me to try and be more fit. Your videos make it so easy and actually fun to push myself! They are definitely tough but extremely doable which I didnt think i could find! Also, unrelated to this video but I LOVE your booty workouts - especially when you use the booty bands. Just got a set and love using them!

I am so in love with your workouts, some mornings when I feel lost I will put one on so I at least feel like I have done something then I end up doing 2 or 3 more every time because they are so straightforward, unique and motivating. The creativity that goes into your workouts always makes for combinations of exercises that really make your body feel worked in the best way! Xx

LOVED this lower ab routine. I could actually keep up, where your other videos I have to modify quite a bit. Still broke a sweat and worked what I needed to. (For background I have always worked out daily, but due to work I would kind of do all over versus one target area, so adjusting to hitting one spot and maxing it out is still new to me) Thanks!

With the first exercise I was sure that this beginner video would be too hard for me, but the subsequent exercises I was able to get a few reps in. Hopefully I get stronger with time. A little discouraging to know that even a workout for beginners is too hard for me but I appreciate your videos aimed at beginners! I feel seen haha

Maddie can you please make a video for upper abs? i have a lot of fat in the region below my chest and above my belly button and its really hard to find a good video. Please make one! I think most accumulation of fat in that area is because of stress and it would really help us all, I am sure I m not the only one with this problem!

I've got a question about the exercise where you're lying on the ground and moving your legs from side to side; is your lower back supposed to stay fully on the ground while the legs go side to side? I find my lower back lifts as I'm moving my legs to the side, so am not sure if I'm doing this right. Thank you!

I really enjoyed this video. Great moves, tunes and tone.
Im finding that the movement preformed laying on the floor propped up on our elbows is strenuous for my lower-mid back. Im curious if this is perhaps my back being weak. Do you have any suggestions or feedback about what I can do?
