ive been going to physiotherapy for the past few months (bc. i have a very weak back and legs) i found ur chanel in my recomended at it motivates me very much to work out more, ive been doin a couple videos weekly for about 3 weeks now, and i feel much stronger and more comfident! i really love the content

I can't do any jumpings because of my knee problem i used to warm up with your video and do as much as i can,
so its realy nice that now i can use this video instead,

Yay! Thank you so much Maddie! As a runner, I get shin splints oftentimes and this warm-up without any jumping is perfect! Your standing ab workouts are awesome as well! You motivate me to continue working out during quarantine
