Thank you for such a great video! I just watched the beginning but it s refreshing to have guided normal workout with weights and not hiit I think it s really useful for someone who just started with free weights (aka me who only trained with the weight maschines in the gym for years) to learn about the right posture etc in a slow tempo! Please do similar workout for other body parts!

Hey Maddie! I would love if you made either a 10/15 minute no repeat full body dumbell workout I've been doing your 20 mins no repeat dumbbell workout but sometimes I don't have enough time to do it. Lot's of love!

I love that the speed of her breaks are just as slow as the speed of the actual workout, unlike some other people s. The breaks move so much faster than the workout. It s so annoying.
