I have those darn sticky outty ribs that make it look like I have quadroboob so I really appreciate tops that come down further than right under my boobs!

Hi I love your workouts! It's been really hot where I am and it's really hard for me to workout because I get tired in the heat really easily, does anyone have any workouts or tips for not getting too hot while working out? I would really like to get stronger.

More workouts like this and the recent leg workout you put out! I really like it when it's more focused on doing a certain number of reps, slow and controlled and with heavier weights as that builds muscle. Could you do one for the whole upper body?

I incorporate the exercises I see from your videos in my garage where its nice and hot. it allows me to work up a serious sweat and the lightweights keeps me from injuring myself. Great stuff, much appreciated!

Whatever is the music you use in the background of your videos I love it. When a track comes on which has come up in a previous video which I ve done I know I can do whatever hard work is coming up!
