What about a Fiesta Latina Cardio Dance Workout? I would love to see something like that and would be great to use the songs from the Superbowl Halftime Show. The dance movements of Shakira and JLo are insane, would be great to include in a workout!

Maddie! Thanks for this. Need to work on my core for my job. I m an RN and having to lift patients or adjust them in bed has been hard on my back and I m not even in my 30s yet! So currently working to get stronger: ) Thank you for your videos and inspiration to be fit and healthy. P. S. where you get your awesome pants!

Abs on Fire! Couldn t do all the workout cause I'm not as Fit as I want to and don't particularly love floor exercises but I saved it and promise myself that I ll do it every week and most likely by next month I will do the entire session. Good Job!

i literally just finished my workout routine from your videos (warm up, lower abs, standing abs and 15 minute stretch and cool down) I'll try and incorporate this starting tomorrow!

Good combination. I want to share something here according to my personal experience. when I do cross mountain climber before hip dips, I feel my obliques working more. try this guys.
