I just saw the title and I was like YESSS! I ve been wanting to incorporate a stretching routine but her other stretching videos were too long and the movements a little too complex for me. Gonna do this after her leg workout video!

I SWEAR SHE'S READING MY MIND. I literally was about to request a video like this YESTERDAY. And also I have a pinched nerve in my upper back from doing contortion: ( hopefully it goes away in time for my workout + stretch.

Am a professional athlete and this lockdown prevented me from continuing my activity but your workouts have conditioned my body pretty much and I enjoy it!

Maddie, I have done most of your workouts but I LOVED this stretch! I feel so relaxed and loose after having done it. I'm going to try and do this each morning now!

Thanks so much for this! Need to improve my flexibility. I m loving the longer workout vids too, the 30 minute videos really make my workout feel complete!
