
TONED INNER & OUTER THIGH Workout (No Equipment)

Day1: very intense but affective workout. I pushed as hard as I can and my thighs are burning.
Day2: I did not do this workout today because I did a lot of cardio and I didnt want to overwork and hurt myself. I was very sore through the whole day
Day3: I woke up and was sore. The workout seemed a little but easier because I knew what I was doing but was still very difficult

Madfit I just created a workout plan for my body with your videos. I really like your style and I hope it works on me! I have an athletic figure, but I do have a few (more than a few) pounds of fat all over my body that I need to get rid of! I do have a question: my lower legs were always pretty muscly and big, which I really hate because I feel that I look like a man; can I do anything about it, shrink them?

Hi Maddie. I just want to let you know that I ran across your videos as I was trying to find exercises to do to prehab my legs before knee surgery. As I started doing them my legs started getting stronger and I've actually had both of my knees done. Your videos have been very very helpful in keeping me strong and keeping my muscles firing off. I really appreciate all the videos you produce. they're great for men and women. Thank you very much.

Your workouts are fantastic bc they are simple, clean moves that really target and work the muscles. I like the look of your videos as well as they are calming, not over the top, and classy. They look professional but comfortable and untimidating - unlike a lot of other workouts on youtube! Keep up the good work!

Is it just me, or do you have to be flexible to benefit from this workout? I am a long distance runner and honestly the inner thigh workout section had me so discouraged. Love your other workouts so I am sad about this one. Inner thigh is where I need the most help and I just couldnt get this one at all

I am doing your leg workouts like calfs and thighs so Im when I get to highschool Im in 8th rn I can run great and have my legs in a good shape and I just want to say thank you bc these are actually making me sweat unlike other workouts where I still have all my breath

i do this workout as well as a 7 minute ab work out and arm workout everyday but not on sundays. this thigh one is intense! it really does get you sweating and out of breath. but it works! you feel the burn and feel great after

I heard some guy lost 12kg in just one month by following diet plan from NextLevelDiet, so I tried that too. Although I didn't lose that much, I could say this thing really works and it's definitely worth trying

does anyone have advice on how to not let your shoulder sink when holding the upper part of your body up? I feel so much strain in my shoulders and arms and not sure how to focus the tension lower down in my thighs
