Fed up of my husband being embarrassed of me and calling me ugly and fat. Saying i will never be attractive as the women he sees and talks to. I'm so done with my low self confidence and abuse from my husband. I'm going to do this. Who is with me?

I've just started to work out, maybe 6 weeks ago, I have been working my way up from 15 mins a day to 20, 25 and now 30. Is a short, intense workout, just as good as a long workout? Some days I feel like I'm not doing it long enough. Thanks in advance
