general question for anyone who might have experienced this or knows about this kind of stuff: I'm a 5'4 girl and weigh 54kg, and am v comfortable with that weight - defo don't want to lose any. But I do want to gain muscle tone - I'm quite soft currently, and would like to build strength and get more toned. I'm naturally slender in my arms and legs, and only really have any fat in my stomach. What's the best combination of types of workouts I should be doing? Should it be mostly strength, with some cardio, or should it be 50/50? Any advice would be really appreciated!

Thanks! The most cool downs I found are 10-15 minute long. But sometimes I don't have the time, so great to have this one
