Mate I don't mean to hurt your feelings or anything but why do you keep doing massive amounts of food your only going to turn fat and you will lose the British champs so if I were you I would stop eating so much and stop doing squats on the camera none of your viewers wants to see your bum lol

Great video as always, good banter and informative what more could ya ask for For a suggestion, could you go through your cues for the sumo deadlift I'd find that super useful as I've recently switched over to sumo.

Man you've always been my hero for bulking forever. I think especially in the end you looked hella swole and now you just started cutting. Still good to see you hitting your numbers and being competitive though (:

I'm watching this video n scuffing my face with a chicken doner with chips, hot cross bun X2 and a croissant and lastly a box of fingers but I'd say that's an RP 6 still plenty more scuffing to do.

. after the weight loss. after 10 videos with cheat day and 5000 calories thumbnailsI know it must be hard to bulk with your metabolism but damn I'd love to be able to eat that much.

Since powerlifting is devided by weight classes, which particular one are you competing in? Also, have you ever had any weight problems? IE couldn't make the weight cut?

As a pretty new lifter (coming up to one year) this was actually extremely educational explaining RPs and volume. Awesome video once again, looking forward to the rest of the series
