FULL DAY OF EATING FOR FAT LOSS My Cutting Diet to get SHREDDED Oliver Camp: Great video and some useful tips, even though you do have it pretty easy with such high cutting calories. I picked up a lot of good tricks dropping 18lbs in 18 weeks last year. The best for me is just finding those foods you like and that satiate you for few calories. For me, fat free greek yoghurt with Flavdrops and a load of frozen berries is a daily staple. Porridge with high ratio of liquid (just cook it for longer and it goes thick - then add PB2 and Flavdrops. There's a root mash at Co-op, 160kcal for 400g. Joseph's lavash breads made into wraps using lean meat fillings. Popcorn. Vegetables, of course. Secondly, don't drink your calories. Full stop. Beyond that, I definitely agree on avoiding eating when you don't really want to or need to. Sometimes I skip lunch if I'm having a busy day and you just don't think about it. Leaves you super flexible for the evening. And if you don't fancy a big dinner, don't. Just have what you want and know you have a few calories in the bank for the next day. And the waiting 10 minutes trick is huge. If I don't eat much during the day and then get home and have a snack, I'll feel like I can knock out 1500 calories in the next 5 minutes. Go and have a shower. Read the news. It passes. PS great effort smiling in the thumbnail - we all know you're tensing hard.

I think this dieting approach needs a big disclaimer - of course its calories in calories out for dieting. For people with average genetics which is 80% of people watching this eating quality street, that amount of carbs, etc is really not going to be optimal. Matt not hating but get your ass down on the bench or switch to incline, going to make much better physique improvements with adjustments to your training as youve clearly got the genetics for the lifting game.

Matt i honestly love u, youve inspired me to lose weight and get the body that i deserved. Before i had massive amount of body fat and u inspired me to lost em and get massive. Thanks to u im now one of the strongest linemen in my highschool team and im committed to play college ball at Meridian University. Ur my hero matt and keep up the good work

Although there are many valid points in this video many studies have shown that balances calories is not everything when it comes to cutting, many foods are more fattening then others although they contain the same number of calories, for example, drinking a can of coke approx 100 calories is not the same as having a protein shake

I'm trying to cut but my metabolism is so slow I sniff a pizza and put 2 stone of fat on. it's ridiculous I only have 7 months left of my target and my carlorie intake is becoming so low that when I'm training I think I'm burning muscle. any ideas guys

great video as always matt. I've been training about 2 months now getting myself down from over 18st I'm currently at 16. 4 would you recommend any certain diet pills or should I stay clear and just carry on as I'm doing thanks buddy

Matt is cutting, Luca is bulking Great video and awesome/useful tips for cutting You should consider trying IF, if you are not hungry in the morning, or at least tell us your opinion on that type of diet.

Good advice, but we mere mortals with a slow metabolism have to do with different amounts of food, calorie numbers; P But at the end whatever total calorie intake, same principle Calorie Deficit, Calories IN-OUT.

Another great video mate. Have you noticed any strength loss on the cut? If it does happen, would you recommend dropping the weight slightly or using rest pause etc to keep working with the same weight?

First thing I notice is that despite the fact you state in the title you're getting 'Shredded' but yet are eating 'Wheaties' instead of 'Shreddies'. Just as I wrote that you said Shreddies. Lie.
