I wasn't going to make this video Performance Fitness: Matt if you wanna build stronger shoulders and stronger OHP just do lower reps and highier intensity, this will stimulate your CNS to become much more efficient at recruiting the muscle fibres in the deltoids and take advantage of all your muscle mass. Something like a 5x5 in the OHP will be a great idea to build strength, and then you'll lift much more weight when you go back to highier reps. PS: Loving Luca

I feel your pain mate I hurt my shoulder like 3 years ago from bad form sadly, ego lifting etc, now, i biceps curl the same amount as i use for arnold press (insert facepalm emoji here) Just keep going at it, it's my way of thinking, it's gonna get better for sure; )All the love for you and your family from Serbia

ohp was pretty shid for me and I reckon that's the way it is, I got bodyweight pr at 82kg 2 years ago then gave it up at 60kg doing 5x5 cos that was my target and apparently it doesn't increase bench anyway. try standing ohp with dumbells lol you'll love that; )

Yeah but once your strength gets up on shoulder press, your bench will be mad strong whenever you go back to powerlifting. And you're still probably gonna do bench press while bodybuilding too. Can't go wrong.

Thank you for exposing your weakness Too many people play off that they are the strongest all of the time. But in reality they are all human just like everyone else, really cool to open yourself like that: )

Matt you havent lost muscles on shoulders they look big and they are is just you havent been training them for too long so the muscle fibres have to get used to the weight your putting in until they stabilize

i love it a few things that helped my shoulder press were straight wrists and holdin my glutes tight the entire time. frequency is also nice, the 2 suns 5 day OHP progression is awesome.

You answered a lot of what and how questions about your shoulders but what I want to know is WHY? Why are your shoulders so weak and how can we avoid ending up in the same place?

I agree with what you said about addressing your weaknesses I just started deadlifting about 3-4 weeks ago and Im already at 260 pounds for 3 nothing works unless you do

it could be your injured shoulder as you did say it moves when doing bench press so the injury could be weakening the muscle cause you never got it checked out
