STEPPING ON STAGE When Will I Compete in Bodybuilding? Lito Lito: Bodybuilding competition is basically a scam because the judges will favor their friends, their friends friends, etc. Since its not regulated there is no one to complaint to. In addition, all of their numerous fees are paid in cash or money order ONLY you are not able to dispute the charges after the cheat you of your placement. Bottomline, steroids plays a major role in the sport, blah, blah, blah.

I feel like being lazy and taking the easy way out and just bodybuilding for a year(not saying that's the case for you/why you did it, but I'm scared of how much my lifts will go down. I need more muscle mass to be more competitive (moved up to the 63kg weight class recently, should fill out more and jump up one more but don't wanna get fat. And your videos tempt me to do so even more

I agree with the no competition, I watched all the videos from when Brian, obese yo beast, LP, ChelseaLifts, and JD gainz competed together and they all basically lost their desire to body build after the competition except Brian. I know John is still body building but its not a focus anymore and Chelsea is sick but they basically dropped it after the competition.

Decent gym tunes, you got great symmetry in your physique mate and shoulders and traps are decent I also have weak shoulders but they are also small, I wanted to compete but I found cutting to really low body fat levels was reuniting food issues for me.

I definitely understand what you are saying about competing in powerlifting while balancing other things in life. It's hard to get to a certain level when you are trying to be good at everything else as well liked this video a lot Matt

Respect Matt for your honesty. I think you would do well with your genetics but agree you don't need it. I would focus on passing on your knowledge and sharing your journey with us we are all good with that. Good lad

Really happy to hear you won't compete in bodybuilding. You look better right now than the physique competitors, IMO. Plus, it's refreshing to have someone who is doing it to be happy, and not to win something.

Did you call Luca a pervert at the end? Hahaha. Great video mate respect the reasons for not wanting to compete. I kind of have the same views myself, never say never tho
