Awesome Video the info not the 360p lol I have a question? I can lose weight fast when I try but it is normal an extream cut/diet for a few weeks then i return to normal calorie intake - I have not been working out for about 6 months and have put on a lot of body fat that I want to lose as fast as posable. What do you recommend My TDEE is 2, 138 calories a day with light exercise or 2, 410 with moderate exercise normally I would drop my cals to around 1500 for a few weeks until I lost about 10lbs then increase my cals to about 2000a day whilst resistance training 3 to 4 time per week Or should I just eat slightly under 2000cal a day and workout 3 to 4 time a week? Or drop to 1500cal and then reverse diet back up to 2000 cals I tent to yoyo every now and again It may be because of the big jumps in calorie reduction and increase Thanks

idk if its just me but i think if u eat 1400 cal you absolutely can increase ur calories by 500 instant. because 1400 is way too low. nothing will happen fat gain wise. you will get more vascular and have more energy and not gain an ounce of fat. from there maybe add 100 calories per week and see how it goes. how u feel+energy +watch ur body. but adding 50 kcals at that low level is a waste of time. just my opinion. maybe ur right, maybe i am, maybe we r both. maybe its different for everybody. just wanted to share because maybe it helps someone. love ur videos

Always giving you a like I just wanted to tell you that you are a huge inspiration. I struggled for a long time to gain muscle. By watching your videos I realised that I probably have a big metabolic rate aswell. I eat 4000cals a day now. I went from 65kg to 75kg. It is huge for me because my national swimming has improved dramatically. Everybody used to say that I ate enough but it wasnt the case. I have watched most of your videos. I know this message was long but I just wanted to tell you. Keep up the work

Im at 12% bodyfat and I dont have a ton of muscle and I definently want to gain as much as possible this year. The mistakes I made the previous years was starting a bulk at 12-13% body fat and reaching up to 15% to 17% bf. In the end I would look like shit and it would be very hard to cut. At this point I am at 12% bf and been cutting for over a month, should I continue cutting to atleast 10% body fat? Thay way when I lean bulk I only go up to 13% ish body fat?

Question for you Matt. Ive had mixed opinions on this and would like to know yours. My bodyfat is distributed in pretty much the opposite your is. My arms, shoulders, upper back and legs are lean with a decent bit of mass. 99% of by bodyfat is on my gut, lower back and man tits. Heres the question. if bodyfat reduces at the same rate as a whole all over the body, how does this effect the already lean areas whilst reducing cell size in problem areas?

Nice to see a vid about this as its exactly my problem. A real lack of information about this around. I always felt like i was the only person around in this position, its sort of good to see im not the only freak. TBH ive been tried to eat more a few times but i just end up putting on weight so easy then end up cutting again but with less effect. Makes seance what you say about tracking. Presumably you keep the workouts similar while doing this?

So you wouldn't recommend this for just someone who's been cutting 4 months to 10-12% bf and is looking to start bulking but looking to avoid rebound fat gain? I was thinking I'll start by having 3000 next week (was cutting on 2700 so 3000 is still a bit of a deficit) and then increase calories 200 each week for 2-3 weeks to put me in a small surplus since I feel that 50-100 per week would take too long to put me in the surplus.

I am a massive lover of reverse dieting. As somebody who in the past has struggled with an unhealthy relationship with food, reverse dieting out of cuts is about the only way that I can keep myself on track without, continuing to cut when I know I shouldn't be or binging. I've also seen a massive difference with clients, especially females that come out of the cutting/maintenance/bulking cycle with a healthy mindset.

This guy is such a breath of fresh air. A body builder with a sick physique, sharing info and constantly dropping knowledge and a guy who doesn't take himself too seriously and has jokes for days. Now lets hope his Online coaching doesn't cost a small mortgage Some of the other YT guys you do videos with need a dose of what you're having mate. Keep up the great work. Oh and your diving sucks. Needs work. lol
