A WEEK OF BULKING FOR 25 Meal Prep on a Budget Syd .B: This is an eye opener for me. I used to eat this and more, with absolutely 0 workouts. Gained 2 stone in a matter of months. Now I've had guidance from my PT, I'm eating less than what you are, working out 4-5 times a week, and I'm getting noob gains, better strength + reducing fat percentage. Guess what I'm trying to say is, being fat, you get lost in your own bubble of how unhealthy the portions of food get, and you turn a blind eye to it.

You could do this a lot cheaper, by not SHOPPING in aldi. I went in my local store once, and then walked out, it was far more expensive than Asda, Morrisons and Iceland. I shudder as to why people think that aldi is cheap? One example fusilli pasta 99p from aldi. Asda price 45p, you can also get pasta for 29p if you buy asda smart price. Be a smart shopper not an aldi shopper.

Going to australia in december started eating healthy training etc, so i dont hit bondi like some sweaty fat pervert, this is the best content so far was confused by alot of other youtubers but yours was well put together and informative will be following this plan as from monday will hit aldi sunday, hopefully be hitting bondi like a buff pervert instead

why is chicken breast better from musclefoods? according to their site, 22g protein per 100g breast, asda claims 31g. I get musclefood value is actually tested but still quite a huge difference even if asda is overestimating. Am i missing something?

Hi, great video: ) When you say it's 150g of rice or similar, do you refer to cooked weight or raw? Not sure as well, if the ingredients list (like for rice or pasta) has the calories and macros for raw or cooked 100g? Any input is much appreciated: D

finally, a student friendly meal prep vid. I replaced the peanut butter on toast snack with peanut butter & walnuts on ricecakes, and got some low sugar sauces for the boring chicken n rice meal. Cheap and cheerful and gets the job done, thanks for the vid

Watched the full video even though im 300 lbs ( i am losing weight and going to the gym daily befor i get a million comments about being unhealthy and fat) good vid though if i ever need to bulk ill bear this in mind XD

Not knocking his hard work training over the years, definately not but this guy must have the best genetics I've ever seen for a natural lifter. My days it's unreal. Fair play.
