Soon as i saw your physique i clicked off. rule #1 show that you can train yourself before instructing others. No shade it's just that i cant take cats serious who look like they never stepped through a gym door. smmfh

I'm 15 and I have an endomorphine body type. What I do is I eat as much as I want just stomach full at every meal and some nutella and go to the gym and train abs and hey I have a six pack!

i always hear to use the multiplier but do I put my goal weight or my current weight? If I want to weigh 170 do I use that number or my current weight 270?
