Thank you for posting this. I learned 2 things from theis-
1. I learned the little relaxed-wrist trick on the first exercise when doing supination-
2. The last set I learned an entirely new exercise! -
Will be doing this routine tomorrow!

my right muscles is bigger than the left so what can i do plz!
