Being torso dominant is awesome. I'm average weight for my height 6'2''/187cm 180lbs/82kg and people actually think I weigh 90kg when I ask them to guess. I have an ok chest, Amazing upper back and lats and good traps. If you're arm dominant you can develop traps out of this World because you will be more narrow, if you're torso dominant you will have bigger traps because you're wider. There are ways to work around both

im also strongly torso dominant - I have like godly genetics for chest and even though I train it like 3 to 4 times less than any other muscle group it's developing the fastest and I'm doing my best to negate that with shoulders, arms, legs and back, but it's like fighting with goliat. Thanks for your reminder I totally forgot so basic thing like doing isolation for arms and shoulders BEFORE any other muscle group.

it-s not all genetics, it-s your life style and what you do, I used to play soccer in my teen and I used to lift heavy stuff when I was kid (carrying (not lifting) the big trash every night) since in soccer arm strength is not needed but pec strength is needed that-s how I developed (I trained for it as well) for me only heavy stuff work because I-m a twig that looks big, big chest tiny arms, huge legs, lol

Better to be torso dominant, people with this type of body generally have wide clavicles, myself included. Right now I'm just a bit muscular. But still have a wider back than most of the guys in the gym. And when I finally put on enough mass and also bring up the arms I will be a beast. So be grateful if you are torso dominant.

man im limb dominant its a blessing and a curse. I try to isolate my chest and back but i dont get much results. Im gonna work on that mind/muscle connection u mentioned. so my friends stop calling me -popeye' LMAO

Try training back and biceps and chest and triceps but train your biceps and your triceps first I feel like it-s helped me at least!

I have a freakingly thick frame, big chests and abs, low bf. But my arms are long and dont loom as near as thick as the rest lol
