When it came to losing weight and building endurance, I found riding my bike in the morning to work, brisk 50 minute ride, I lost weight really fast. I assume I was burning off mostly fat rather than glucose. Anyway, it worked for me and I would do my lifting after work in the late afternoon. Thoughts?

That is another thing that would have to be preference. I like to actually get up an GO to the gym. others like to train from the privacy of their home. There are many pros and cons to both. but those pros and cons are determined by the individual.

I like to workout in the mornings. Get it out of the way I guess I shouldn't think like that. I guess you can really workout any time of the day. Afternoons I like chill if I'm not working.
