2 Reasons You Are Not Making Gains with IIFYM or Flexible Dieting ritchiedrama: This isnt a combative response just purely disagree with the first thing you said about 1g of protein and then coming in at 5 or 10g less each day so lets say they are coming in at 10g of protein less everyday for a week, thats 70g that's still above 0. 82g per bodyweight (more than enough science proof) then there is the people who bulk perfectly fine using 0. 6 - no science to back this up, but plenty do so coming in at 10g short everyday, no, i'm sorry that is not why people dont make progress.

Maybe my example was not a good one. But I certainly believe that there are plenty of people out there that do not get adequate protein. Especially someone on low protein who has a high training frequency. Not to mention, this is not the case for everyone. This is simply a suggestion to those who are consuming very little protein and are not seeing results. This is certainly not the case for everyone that is not seeing results but I would assume that goes without saying.

Like I said it wasn't a combative response I just think it wasn't a great example, ;) - whilst I agree many people don't get adequate protein its usually people who aren't weight lifters from my experience.

Hi Alain, I'm having trouble hitting my protein requirements, what are some foods you recommend that are high in protein, besides chicken and fish.
