Hey Alain,
-You can do arm curls every day. Arms recover quickly. So do calves, triceps, and nearly any other -small- muscle in the body. I wouldn-t recommend doing them every day though if you are a tennis player or a pitcher. Probably not unless you want to be a pitcher who looks like CT Fletcher. -
Is this true?

Hey Alain, great video as always. My question is, how many days out of the week shud I strength train? I have a legs/push/pull workout going on. So should I spend a week or two on strength training or just a couple days out of the week?
Thanks in advance

I would not recommend training any small (or large) muscle group every day for more than a week or so. Especially not for a tennis player or pitcher. AND NO< this won't make u look like CT Fletcher.

Get it checked out by a professional and see what the problem is. It may be nothing big but you don; t want to take the chance that it is.
