If you train in a way that allows progress and increased performance while in a caloric surplus then you will grow. if you are in a deficit, you'll lose weight. I don't recommend any specific creatine but any plain creatine monohydrate should do the trick.

You probably remember me saying that in an OLD video or article. Waiting a while before taking your protein is not going to be detrimental to your goals as long as your not on some low carb or extreme diet. So waiting till after your swim would be totally fine. If it makes you feel more secure, take some BCAA before your swim: )

I'm a beginner. I want to swim after the workout to cool down and relax a bit. What time should I take post-workout protein shake? Should it be after swimming or before swimming?

Alright but I remember you said that the protein needs to be taken as soon as possible after a workout. Delay in taking the protein might not be the best thing right?
