Bodybuilding Split VS Full Body Training for Beginners dominionn09: Good video buddy! But I'd recommend full body workouts to experienced lifters as well as beginners. Basically anyone who is natural can benefit for the very reasons you mention. You can always mix in an upper/lower workout split some weeks to change it up and focus on a particular muscle group. I recently started doing full body training a few months ago after years of splits and I feel more energized and strong. That day off after every workout day really does wonders for me mentally. You bring up some good points and examples. Keep up the good work bro!

Hey mr gonzales, i've been hitting the gym for 2. 5 months now and i was always skinny back then. the first month, i did full body workout and then i did the by parts the following month until now, but im not noticing much gain compared on my 1st month. should i go back to full body? Im using dymatize whey protein as my pre and post workout supplement. i workout 3 times a week. i gained 5kg on my 1st month, and another 3 kg after that.

3kg for the second month is still great progress. My advice is simple. train which ever split you enjoy most. There are benefits of training full body over body part splits for beginners but the best approach is the one you can stay consistent with and this is typically achieved by enjoying your workout.

Hey tell me something, can I go like 3 day workout routine but different exercises for each muscle. Like eg. chest day 1 bench press, day 3 butterfly, day 5 pullover or dumbell bench press?
