FREE Arm Specialization Workout: Have fitness questions? Ask here Gaming: Question I've been doing big mikes workouts for a year 1/2 now I'm talking about mike rashid. Starting off the workouts were brutal but I slowly started to adapt and my weight increased on everything for ex: on bench my max was 165 and it went to 205. But now the workouts seem to be hurting me I can't even bench 205 fresh I can barely get 185 for 5 reps. And the same thing for everything else it's starting to drop as if I'm getting weaker. What's your thoughts. Should I lay off his workout and change my routine

Also understand that most of these guys are on the juice so they can train in a higher volume cause the recovery is so quick on the juice. very good video to help alot to understand that over training is over rated, so get back into your hard intense work outs. PEACE

I have a low body fat around 9 to 10% if anything 12% max which I doubt but I have a all around lean body but I still don't have abs, idk if i should do some low rep ab workouts so they pop out, idk if it's genetics please help? Thnx

Fake nattys can overtraining simple like that, guys like Ct Lier Fletcher and Mike that are not natural people can do it, if you are natty and you do this overtraining game you will get no gainz.

What do you do if you wake up every morning and wanna go workout even though your not supposed to cause it should be rest day?
