I would like to add something that it's not better to lock elbows during many excersies in order to maintain the tension.
Also, i strongly believe that the full range of motion is totally big mistake because it puts a lot of stress on the joints (think carefully about my point of view)

Alain some exercises are suitable for powerlifting and bodybuilding, such as the big three. And most power lifters don't care about the eccentric. For instance, we don't have to care about the eccentric portion of a deadlift, isn't it?

fast and explosive on the way up and controlled on the way down with a decent weight is what works for me, slow reps with a light weight gave me a good pump and burn but that was it no growth and it was boring as hell.

Before I started watching your videos, I think I was just wasting my time at the gym. I easily and rapidly noticed myself growing as soon as I started learning for you. Thank you man

Hi Alan is the coming down on the bench press more Important than the pushing up as Back is more involved in the way up any feedback would be great
