1000 Calorie Mass Gain Shake for Skinny Guys
video description
The only real difference is I used half whole milk and half heavy whipping cream(about 90% fat and 90 calories per ounce.
I'm one of those -hard gainers- as well, but that'll put weight on you.
And most hard gainers aren't hard gainers at all, they(us) just eat a lot less than they think they do. Most hard gainers actually take time to enjoy their food and end up getting full before they've eaten that much, but spend just as much time eating as the people who gain weight easily, we just eat a lot less in the same amount of time.
Spend a week weighing out all the food you eat and you'll be surprised at how little you're actually eating.
Take it from someone who had to force feed themselves from 103 pounds all the way up to 165, if you want to gain weight you're going to have to make yourself eat more, a lot more. And the easiest way to do that is to get into the habit of eating a little bit faster so you can get more food in before you get full.

It is impossible for me to build muscle. When I started working out which was about 6 months ago I was working out but not pushing it quite yet. Then two weeks later my muscles were used to the workout and then was when I started working so hard that I literally coughing anymore. And I hardly see a difference at all. I don-t have money to get machines or anything so for now I just do floor workouts. Is a 3 mile run a day going to effect my workout?

I wished I could like your video more than once. I started to take this shake since the begining of this week. Thank you very much for the tips. How much proteimne and calories can you expect to have in 1 scoop of Whey by the way?

Quick tip: for anybody who's going to use this recipe, pick up a milkshake straw from the grocery store. The oats make it a little thicker so a regular straw won't work, but a milkshake straw will help tons. I use one everyday-

Thanks for the video.
Yes, wet the spoon! Lol. I do the same shake without a banana, but add raw organic honey, chia/flax seeds, yogurt and blueberries or avocado. I also blend the oats/seeds 1st to make them fine.

I've been using the exact same shake with the same ingredients you used for a long time except I don't add whey protein. Very delicious and effective.
