3 Things Skinny Guys Must Do To Build Muscle mohamed: Im currently using a 4 day upper/lower workout split and have been doing it for about 6 mouths. I have been doing both heavy and light days, and I have gained about 12 lbs of muscle and im 6-5 at 190 lbs. I have heard you should switch up your workout routine every once in a while. Do you think I should try a new routine or just stick with this one and do you think this split is good for muscle growth?
