How I Plan to Get Absolutely Ripped Zachary: Just watched the DUP video you linked. How, if any, do you modify that lifting routine while cutting? You state the program is for strength and hypertrophy. Seems like training for the latter is a waste of time on a cut.
I'm currently on week 6 of my cut, and I've been doing SL 5x5. Have added some strength and have lost an average total of about 8 pounds so far.

Nice vid mate, I started my cut 3 weeks back and been dropping weight gradually but the past 5 days I have started gaining weight?
Is this a sign that I need to lower my macros?

Any idea on how much percent body fat you could possibly lose in a week/month? and will you be using BIA or skin folds at anypoint

Nice videos men I want to cut but what should I do first lowers the carbs or do cardio first? I do no cardiovascular at all
